Allrounder Bar/Catering (m/f/d)

The employment is on an hourly wage basis and we have both on-call assignments as well as a fixed shift on the weekend to award. It is important that you are flexibly deployable and can work particularly on weekends, evenings and public holidays. If required, additional free shifts are available during the week. You will receive a corresponding request each time and can sign up for available shifts.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring smooth, competent and professional guest service
• Friendly as well as competent care and advice for guests
• Proactive sale of the food and beverage range as well as targeted recommendations to increase additional sales
• Professional preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks
• Compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Carrying out cleaning work
• Inventory management
• Responsibility for the cash stock and ensuring correct accounting
• Independent planning, organization and care of events including catering and service areas as well as preparation and follow-up

Your profile

• Performing assignments on weekends and public holidays is no problem for you
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the service, bar or gastronomy sector
• You are communicative and understand German perfectly; other languages are an advantage
• You inspire our guests with your cheerful and open manner
• We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working
• Even in hectic situations, you react calmly and act proactively
• You enjoy working in a team, show your active helpfulness and share your knowledge proactively
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
