Your daily routine With us, after a systematic introduction, you can expect multifaceted tasks: • Shaping and further development of our OpaccCloud platform to provide secure, stable, and future-proof services • Automation for provision and update of services for internal and external customers • Ensuring stability, performance, and availability for an optimal customer experience • Proactive operation of the platform and services, if not automated, to ensure service quality • Close collaboration with product development and CloudCenter operation to continuously improve our applications and services Your background So that you can start or accelerate successfully with us, you have: • Solid education (uni/ETH or HF) in computer science or comparable field • Knowledge in relevant technologies: • Experience in handling virtualization and container technologies (e.g. Docker) • Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, -), and CI/CD (GitLab, -) • Experience with platform security (Vault, PKI, certificates, -) and identity governance (IdP, IAM, PAM) • Good knowledge in the area of observability and monitoring (OpenTelemetry) • Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows systems (including Bash and Powershell scripting) • Knowledge of network basics (DNS, proxy, routing) • Good communication skills, team spirit, healthy assertiveness, flexibility, independence, creative problem-solving, and initiative • Affinity and understanding for ERP applications and e-commerce applications Our benefits And of course, we offer you: • flexible working hours, annual working time, and sabbaticals. • a state-of-the-art workplace. • valuable further training offers and equivalent models for specialist and management careers.
