What you achieve

• You are the organizational and administrative hub of our new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects and, together with our project managers, contribute to a smooth process.
• You coordinate appointments and ensure the flow of information between internal and external stakeholders.
• You maintain the project documentation, support project controlling, process invoices, and assist with cost controls as well as credit applications - and construction settlements.
• As a deputy for the department assistant, you take on versatile administrative and organizational tasks for the department and team leader - from scheduling to reporting and quality management.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in the construction, architecture, or real estate environment, for example as a Zeichner:in EFZ specializing in architecture, Hochbauzeichner:in, or Bauleiter:in HFP, or through comparable training.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry as well as experience in project administration.
• You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in complex situations, and reliably coordinate different topics.
• You communicate with style in German. Knowledge of French or Italian is desirable.
• You use Microsoft Office applications confidently. Knowledge of SAP, MS Project, or comparable systems is a plus.
