For the house «Résidence» in Bern, we are looking for YOU as of 1 August 2027 for the Apprenticeship as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ What you will learn with us • Nursing, care, and accompaniment of guests in everyday and demanding situations • Support with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking • Medical-technical tasks such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, blood collection, dressing changes, and much more • Daily accompaniment of guests with games, crafting, singing, etc. • Housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety regulations • Electronic nursing documentation What you bring with you • Completed schooling (Sekundarschule A or B) with good academic performance • Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility • Empathy and patience as well as interest in interacting with our guests • Helpful, sociable, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness • Willingness to work irregular hours • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges and practical work • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Which benefits do we offer you?
