Your role As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for structural mandates from the initial study phases to the completion of the works. You act as the preferred interlocutor for clients, architects, and project partners. In this capacity, you coordinate the different stakeholders, ensure the technical and financial monitoring of business, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. Your expertise allows you to bring real added value to technical choices and constructive orientations, while guaranteeing the feasibility and overall coherence of the projects. Your responsibilities You manage the design studies and actively participate in the development of the most suitable technical solutions for project constraints. You coordinate project teams, ensure the monitoring of services, and ensure the smooth flow of information between the different stakeholders. You supervise calculations, modeling, and the production of technical documents necessary for the execution of the works. You support clients and partners throughout the project, providing them with relevant technical advice and a clear vision of the challenges. You participate in coordination meetings and ensure the monitoring of works to guarantee the conformity of the achievements to the defined requirements. Finally, you contribute to the development of the office through the quality of your achievements and the trust you establish with your interlocutors.
