Requirements profile:

• Technical basic training in the field of CNC machining as well as a commercial flair.
• Strong affinity for numbers and IT and a proficient PC user,
• Good organizational skills and forward-looking planning
• Exact, efficient as well as structured way of working and very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork, independence and commitment round off your profile.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the timely production planning/control and schedule monitoring of the daily operational business in the order center and ensure the quality and service requirements of our customers.
• Creating calculations as well as post-calculations of the manufacturing orders and processing inquiries from the sales department.
• Processing and collaboration in the freight forwarding area
• Recording freight/delivery documents, loading list as well as ensuring daily freight forwarding
• Maintaining an active exchange of information with all adjacent departments and deputy within the team.
