We are looking for a person as Internal Sales starting immediately or by arrangement at our location in Lyss or Wallisellen ZH Your tasks You will take on a key role in customer support and the technical processing of special products. Together with an interdisciplinary team from sales and engineering, you will implement individual solutions and accompany the entire process from the issuance of offers to invoicing. Your main tasks include: Preparation of offers including technical clarifications, calculations, and conditioning Independent development of technical/constructive solutions for special products (no structural analysis) Close cooperation with Engineering, AVOR, and Purchasing Complaint processing including error reporting and credit notes Interface function between customers and internal departments such as AVOR, Logistics, E&S Support of the team leadership Your profile Commercial or technical training with corresponding professional experience German or French as native language with very good knowledge of the respective other language Very good IT skills (MS Office, ERP system) Friendly appearance, team player, communicative, and service-oriented Independent and precise way of working, resilient, and well-organized Integrative and customer-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking What we offer At Leviat, you can expect not only an exciting working environment but also the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our company.
