In this versatile leadership function, you are responsible for the areas of Facility Services, Gastronomy, Housekeeping and Laundry at several locations. Together with your team leaders, you ensure that our services are provided professionally, reliably and economically and make an important contribution to the daily lives of our clients. You lead and develop your teams, strengthen leaders in their responsibility and create framework conditions in which people enjoy working and taking responsibility. In doing so, you keep an eye on both daily business and the further development of offers, processes and structures. You recognize potential for improvement, set priorities and successfully implement projects together with those involved. In doing so, you combine quality, economic efficiency and a people-oriented attitude. As a member of the management, you work cross-functionally and contribute the perspective of your department to the further development of the foundation. What you can achieve with us You lead the Operations department with Facility Services, Gastronomy, Housekeeping and Laundry. You are responsible for personnel, organization and economic efficiency of your department (47 employees). You lead 8 team leaders and promote their development. You ensure quality, economic efficiency and customer orientation. You lead projects and successfully implement changes. You recognize optimization potential and further develop offers and processes. You work cross-functionally and contribute the perspective of your department. You are responsible for occupational safety and health protection. You take on the role as the Safety Officer (SIBE) of the foundation as well as KOPAS at the Dielsdorf location and ensure that safety and health protection are reliably implemented in everyday work.
