In a human-sized structure, you will intervene on varied subjects and participate directly in the proper functioning as well as the evolution of financial and administrative processes.
Your tasks at your new employer
You manage accounts payable and payment processing
You ensure the follow-up of contributions and litigation files
You take part in the preparation of budgets and their monitoring
You intervene in the closing operations of the accounts
You provide support in the processing of salaries and insurance
You manage certain specific tasks related to social insurance
You ensure the reliability and quality of financial data
You participate in the optimization and digitalization of internal processes
You work in coordination with the different departments of the structure
You offer to your new employer
You have a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent
You have acquired at least 3 years of experience in an accounting or financial function
You are sufficiently experienced to manage your responsibilities with autonomy
Ideally, you know the functioning of a public or parapublic structure
A specialization or additional training in finance/accounting is appreciated
You are comfortable in a digital environment and quickly learn new ERPs
You communicate fluently in French
