Plan and conduct a Delphi-style online survey; • * • Offer support to the external partner responsible for the pilot implementation of the attributes at 2 sites; • * • Participate in the organization and facilitation of a "stakeholder dialogue" to develop a national recommendation on sex attributes and gender identity; • * • Participate in the writing of reports, scientific manuscripts, and other materials throughout the project. • * • * • An der Definition der Merkmale von Geschlecht und Geschlechtsidentität mitwirken. Planung und Durchführung einer Online-Umfrage im Delphi-Stil 1; • * • Unterstützung der externen Patnerin, die für die Pilotimplementierung der Attribute an 2 Standorten zuständig ist ; • * • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Moderation eines â Stakeholder-Dialogsâ zur Entwicklung einer nationalen Empfehlung zu Geschlechtsattributen ; • * • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, wissenschaftlichen Manuskripten und weiteren Materialien während des gesamten Projekts. • * Your assets: ## • * • Holder of a university degree (master's level) in the field of health, social sciences, or an equivalent discipline; • * • At least one year of experience in quantitative or qualitative research; • * • Proficiency in the Office suite; • * • Excellent knowledge of German as well as a good level of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the French language would be a plus; • * • Organization, autonomy, and reliability; • * • Sense of collaboration and responsibility. • * • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master-Niveau) im Bereich Gesundheit, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer als gleichwertig erachteten Disziplin ; • * • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in quantitativer oder qualitativer Forschung  ; • * • Beherrschung MS-Office ; • * • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
