Guarantee the smooth running of works by ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and environmental requirements. Accompany and mobilize teams on the ground in order to promote their performance and ensure the follow-up of collaborators. Manage the technical, administrative and financial follow-up of construction sites: estimates, measurements, contracts, invoicing, reports and cost prices. Contribute actively to the success of projects by providing solutions, optimizing organization and ensuring effective coordination between the different stakeholders. What you need to shine You hold a training as a Site Technician – Finishing Works and benefit from at least 2 years of experience in a similar function.
