1. Cabinetmaker-joiner CFC – Evolution towards technician / window project manager

Brahoni SA, a company active in the supply and installation of windows and doors, is looking for a motivated person wishing to evolve towards a technical and project management position.

You are a cabinetmaker-joiner CFC and wish to give a new direction to your career? You are currently working in manufacturing, installation, or another area of joinery and would like to progressively transition towards a technician position? We wish to accompany you in this evolution.

Your future activity

After a period of training and support, you will progressively participate in the different stages of our projects:

Contact with customers and follow-up of requests.
Taking measurements on site and technical surveys.
Elaboration of plans and preparation of window files.
Collaboration with suppliers, technical offices, and various stakeholders.
Preparation of manufacturing and installation files.
Planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction sites.
Progressive development towards autonomous project management.

You will benefit from practical support within the company, technical training with our suppliers, and possibilities for continuous training.

The objective is to allow you to progressively acquire the necessary skills to become a technician, then a project manager, without having to master all these tasks from the start of your employment.

Your profile
CFC in cabinetmaker-joiner or equivalent training in the wood field.
Practical experience in joinery, manufacturing, or installation.
Interest in technology, windows, and project management.
Motivation to learn, to train, and to progressively take on responsibilities.
Ease in human contacts and interest in teamwork.
Experience in the field of windows is an advantage, but not indispensable.

Profiles wishing to transition from a position in the building sector are welcome. We prioritize motivation, practical skills, and the will to evolve rather than a career that is already entirely specialized.
