The Alterszentrum Park is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also very welcome here. Together with our around 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day so that our residents feel comfortable and at home.

What you can achieve:

• Professional care and nursing of the residents as a reference person in the residential groups
• Ensuring the quality of care
• Taking over daily responsibility in the assigned residential groups
• Goal-oriented, electronic progress documentation
• Accompanying nursing students HF and trainees EFZ

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• Vocational trainer course or SVEB certificate
• Willingness to work in early to late shifts (night shift possible)
• Experience with RAI NH or easyDOK is an advantage
• Interest in a diverse and meaningful activity in our residential groups with demanding as well as complex care situations
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding Swiss German
