Interested in a meaningful leadership role in a social environment? Our network of partner families, internal day schools, and an interdisciplinary specialist team combines traditional foster family offers with offers from classic children and youth homes. In this way, we offer children and young people with high psychosocial burdens as well as special educational and training needs a development framework that is unique throughout Switzerland. As part of the further development of our offers, we are building a new residential transitional offer in close cooperation with the Cantonal Youth Office, the Board of Directors, and the overall management. This offers children and young people a temporarily closely supervised, reliable place to live with care around the clock for 365 days a year.
