Team Leader Technical Service & Occupational Safety (SIBE) (80–100%) Work Location Biglen and Burgdorf Your tasks You lead the Technical Service (2 employees). You ensure the smooth operation of our logistics, conveyor and gate systems. You plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs and revisions. You work closely with external service providers. You take responsibility for occupational safety (SIBE) at our locations. You carry out safety inspections, risk analyses and audits. You advise managers on all questions of occupational safety and continuously develop our safety culture. You participate in optimization and investment projects.
