Your mission • Development of mechanical parts and tooling for production workshops. - Fabrication of prototypes and participation in special machine development projects in collaboration with the technical office. - Collaboration with other departments for the maintenance of mechanical equipment and the repair/adjustment of measuring instruments. - Milling on 3-axis CNC machining center GF; Turning and other machining on conventional Fehlmann machines. - As an apprenticeship master, training and supervision of a Polymécanicien or Micromécanicien apprentice. - Research and testing on various equipment for production optimization. Your profile • CFC as Polymécanicien or Micromécanicien. Company trainer title already acquired, a real plus. - Strong interest in the transmission of mechanical skills and knowledge to apprentices. - Ease and in-depth knowledge in the machining and assembly of mechanical parts. - Mastery of CNC programming. - Ability to work very autonomously and conduct tests; being a source of proposals for the optimization of various tools and machines through innovative solutions. - Sense of teamwork and support for others, flexibility, proactive and enterprising character.
