Project Manager Quality

Project Manager Quality (80 - 100%) is the industry association of health insurers. Together with its members, it represents 100 percent of the insured. The name stands for the association's priority to engage in political and social dialogue for a high-quality and sustainably financeable healthcare system. The Standardization, Quality and HTA department is committed to quality development in healthcare on behalf of the members. At the center are the national quality contracts according to Art. 58a KVG, which are negotiated, concluded and further developed with the associations of service providers. We work based on data, represent the interests of the insurers in the relevant specialist committees of the industry as well as at the national level and advocate for effective and demonstrable quality of services. We are looking for a committed specialist as Project Manager Quality (80 - 100%) starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. In this role, you will directly help shape quality development in healthcare. You will represent the interests of the insurers and the insured in national negotiations and contribute to the further development of the quality contracts according to Art. 58a KVG. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Conducting negotiations with the associations of service providers regarding national quality contracts according to Art. 58a KVG as well as their conclusion and implementation Managing and further developing existing quality contracts in all areas of the Mandatory Health Insurance (OKP) Representing in national and cantonal specialist committees, working groups and project organizations in the field of quality Preparing technical analyses, reports and decision-making bases in the topic area "quality of services" Co-leading the internal specialist group Quality with the presence of our members Building and maintaining viable relationships with service providers, associations, quality organizations, cantons and federal authorities Internal contact person for questions regarding the quality of services and technical support for other areas of the association Your profile You have a relevant professional background in quality management, for example in the clinical field, or profound knowledge and experience in the areas of health policy, health economics or public health You have several years of professional experience in healthcare and are familiar with the actors and structures of the healthcare system, especially in the area of OKP and quality development You have experience in negotiating and implementing contracts and convince with negotiation skills and diplomatic tact You think analytically, communicate complex issues in a manner appropriate to the target group in speech and writing and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation You have very good oral and written expression skills in German and French, good English skills are an advantage Do you not meet all of the mentioned points?
