For our client, we are looking for a committed HR Specialist. In this role, you can expect varied tasks in personnel administration and support, combining independence and team spirit. Region: Bern Employment type: Permanent position Workload: 50-60% Your tasks • Advising and supporting employees in all HR matters • Carrying out the recruitment process for new employees • Managing the personnel process from hiring to departure • Creation of employment contracts, confirmations, and certificates • Ensuring timely and efficient personnel administration • Participation in the optimization of HR processes and instruments • Organization and accompaniment of further training offers and staff events Your profile • Completed commercial basic training • Further training in the HR field (e.g., eidg.
