What awaits you

As an IT consultant at APP, you assume responsibilities from the very beginning. You lead teams in the development of new concepts as well as in the definition of product, process, and IT requirements. You autonomously manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for IT and business questions. Once the appropriate solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.

As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you establish personal contacts, continuously expand your network, and acquire new mandates. Furthermore, you have the possibility to participate actively in the co-enterprise of APP and to significantly shape our future.

What we expect

• University degree in business informatics, informatics, or engineering
• Three to five years of experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis in a consulting or administrative environment, in justice, finance, or healthcare
• Deep knowledge in the areas of IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
• Ability to assimilate quickly, developed analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with enjoyment of working in a team
• Open and communicative personality with a talent and enjoyment for establishing trusting relationships
• Excellent command of writing and presentation in German. Very good knowledge of English and French is an asset
• Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland
