legal expert specialized in spatial planning (80% – 100%) GEA Vallotton et Chanard SA, is an office active in the fields of urban planning, spatial planning and urban project development. We support public authorities and private actors in complex projects, at the interface between planning, regulation and design. Your mission As a specialized legal expert, you act as a legal referent within our multidisciplinary team. You provide strategic and operational support on all legal aspects related to spatial planning and urban planning projects. Your responsibilities Advise employees and clients on issues of spatial planning law and construction police; Analyze federal, cantonal and communal legal frameworks applicable to urban projects and local and regional planning; Participate in the development and examination of the legal compliance of regulations (zoning plans, taxes and contributions, community facilities and other related themes); Draft legal opinions and legal notes on specific issues; Support municipalities within the framework of ongoing planning procedures; Participate in conciliation meetings related to zoning plans; Collaborate closely with urban planners, architects, landscape architects as well as with public and private clients; Regularly inform colleagues of legislative and jurisprudential developments and ensure their dissemination and understanding within the team. Your profile Bachelor and Master in law, ideally oriented in public law or spatial planning law; Solid knowledge of spatial planning and construction law (LAT, LATC, etc.); Good understanding of planning processes and territorial issues. Personal skills Analytical spirit, rigor and excellent writing skills; Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a multidisciplinary team; Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented approach; Marked interest in urban planning, urban projects and architecture.
