To strengthen our team, we are looking for a service-oriented, cheerful, and flexible employee, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Operations Employee (100%)

Your main tasks:
Responsibility for preparation work such as hanging parts according to customer wishes and according to plan.
Timely processing of orders according to the production plan
Preparation of material substrates, in particular grinding, degreasing, and masking work
Packaging work and cleaning tasks
General maintenance of operating resources and machines

Your profile:
Very good German skills in speaking and writing – Swiss German must be understood
Reading and understanding drawings and plans
Independent, resilient person
Pleasant, friendly, approachable, and open appearance
Proactive, motivated, and ability to multitask
A structured, clean, reliable way of working
Flexibility and commitment
Physically resilient and you maintain an overview even in hectic times
Forklift license (an advantage)
