Your new challenge
For our customer, we are looking for a motivated and quality-conscious personality for manufacturing in the areas of turning and milling.
You will work on modern CNC machines and manufacture precise individual parts and components for technically demanding products. In doing so, you place great importance on quality, accuracy, and an efficient production process.
Your tasks

• Setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
• Manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Processing various materials according to specified manufacturing documents
• Monitoring ongoing production and manufacturing processes
• Carrying out dimensional and quality controls using suitable measuring tools
• Recognizing and rectifying simple manufacturing deviations
• Optimizing machining processes and tools within the framework of the specified processes
• Changing and inspecting tools
• Documenting the work performed and inspection results
• Compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, or comparable technical training is an advantage
• Professional experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
• Good knowledge in reading and understanding technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of demanding and precise manufacturing work
• Team player and responsible personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
