Dispatcher / Logistics Clerk 100% (m/f/d) Your day at Cables: Dispatching and coordination of all export orders for a smooth shipping process. Creation and control of export and shipping documents as well as ensuring timely processing. Monitoring delivery dates and coordination with internal and external partners. Maintenance of shipping and export data in the ERP system and ensuring high data quality. Ensuring a high service quality towards our internal and external customers. Active participation in the optimization of workflows and processes in the export area. Supervision and support of our apprentices as well as imparting specialist knowledge in everyday work. If required, assistance with loading and unloading trucks as well as support with general logistical tasks in the freight forwarding. This is you: Completed training as a logistician is an advantage with further training as a logistics clerk. Knowledge in the creation and control of export and shipping documents. Proficient in handling MS Office and dispatching tools. An organized, exact and reliable way of working, even when several orders have to be coordinated simultaneously. Customer-oriented, exact and reliable way of working. Good German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of the other national language is an advantage.
