The newly renovated Liebenau Bussnang retirement center is an institution of Liebenau Schweiz gemeinnützige AG and offers a home to 96 people in need of care and support. With a lot of heart and great commitment, around 120 employees ensure the well-being and security of the residents. We are looking for, starting in spring/autumn 2027, Student Nurse HF/FH 100 % Your tasks: • You accompany and care for our residents in a holistic manner and promote their quality of life and self-determination. • You gain valuable experience in the fields of Demenz Care, Palliative Care, Gerontology, and complex care situations. • You learn to accompany people with dementia professionally and person-centeredly, and offer them security and orientation in everyday life. • You support people and their relatives in palliative situations and contribute to the best possible quality of life. • You take on responsibility in the care process, from assessment to planning to evaluation of nursing measures. • You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks according to your level of training. • You work closely with relatives and various professionals, and actively contribute your observations. • You continuously develop your professional and personal competencies in a varied and practice-oriented learning environment. • You actively shape the care day and gain insights into quality development, family work, and interprofessional collaboration.
