August 2026 Job description The Kita kids & co Bözingen belongs to the profawo association, which has been committed to reconciling family and work for over 20 years. We care for children from three months to kindergarten age in 2 age-mixed groups. Your tasks - diverse & responsible You organize the group's daily routine in a forward-looking and independent manner You promote the children according to their developmental stage and individual needs You actively bring your ideas into profawo's pedagogical concept You maintain an open and partnership-based cooperation with parents There is the possibility of accompanying one or two trainees as a vocational trainer in their training and daily work Your profile - with heart & competence Completed training as FaBeK EFZ or equivalent Team-oriented, reliable, committed and with a pinch of humor You love to bring in creative ideas and implement them Ideally, you have a degree as a vocational trainer and preferably experience in training trainees Our offer We maintain flat hierarchies, promote high participation and offer a lot of freedom in shaping the Kita's daily routine.
