Your mission is to ensure the availability of spare parts, optimize inventory levels, and thereby guarantee smooth production and service operations. You will ensure that material is available in the right quantity at the right time and actively contribute to the efficiency of our processes. With your work, you directly influence: the production security through optimal spare part availability the cost structure through efficient inventory management the service quality through reliable delivery capability the transparency and quality of master data and inventory parameters Your Impact In this role, you will take responsibility for central tasks in the spare parts and warehouse area: Carrying out requirements planning for spare parts Definition and optimization of inventory parameters and stock strategies Administration and analysis of the order portfolio as well as inventory discrepancies Ensuring material availability taking into account production requirements and supplier offers Carrying out inventory analyses and physical counts Controlling orders including comparison of offers and price negotiations within the specified framework Monitoring deliveries including quantity and quality checks as well as processing discrepancies Administration of repair processes and spare part cycles Optimization of the lifecycle costs of equipment through professional spare parts management Ensuring high data quality in all relevant systems Your Profile: You bring a technical or commercial education, a structured and analytical way of working, as well as further training in the field of supply chain, logistics or purchasing. Ideally, you are characterized by: Experience in spare parts management, material management, purchasing or with supply chain Analytical thinking and enjoyment in the optimization of processes Accuracy in handling data and stocks Organizational strength and personal responsibility Communication skills for collaboration with purchasing, production and service Very good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP and MS Office (Excel!)
