Jurist with leadership responsibility and BVG connection You will take on a key role in a supervisory environment that combines social impact with strategic responsibility. The Zentralschweizer BVG- und Stiftungsaufsicht (ZBSA) is the independent supervisory authority over around 800 pension schemes and non-profit foundations in the six Central Swiss cantons. It offers a pleasant working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and a modern workplace in a central location in Luzern. Now we are commissioned to approach you as a Executive Jurist / Executive Manager (80 - 100 %) You will lead a committed, manageable team of twelve specialist employees in legal and audit examinations and create the prerequisites for the supervisory function to be exercised effectively and in a future-oriented manner. You are responsible for the management of budget, resources, and strategic goals and ensure the reliable fulfillment of the mandate within the specified global credit. In addition, you will conduct demanding proceedings yourself and lead your teams. In doing so, you ensure efficiency, legal certainty, and solution orientation in case management. As a competent representative of the ZBSA towards cantons, pension schemes, and foundations, you will actively shape intercantonal cooperation and work closely with the Konkordatsrat or the Presidency. To this end, you have a Master's degree in law, a bar admission, or an equivalent qualification, e.g., as a business administrator with a CAS in law, social insurance law, compliance, or similar. In addition, you bring a connection to occupational pension schemes BVG. Several years of professional experience enables you to assess even multi-layered legal issues with confidence. Experience from administration or courts is an advantage. You communicate authentically, appropriately for the audience, and convincingly, build sustainable relationships, and move confidently in different constellations of interests.
