The Hepart Group is a medium-sized corporate group based in Kreuzlingen. Since 1983, we have been developing and producing individual micronutrient mixtures as well as dietary preparations and nutritional supplements.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, structured, and number-oriented personality for our accounting department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoicing and checking of invoices
• Processing of payment transactions
• Dunning process and management of open items
• Control and settlement of consulting services
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconciliations and general accounting work
• Maintenance of ERP master data
• Various administrative tasks and filing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable training
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers, structures, and administrative processes
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in handling ERP or accounting software is an advantage (Abacus)
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage (e.g., SB Rechnungswesen)
