Your tasks:
You are responsible for the warm and courteous care and advice of our guests from reservation through the stay to the farewell including reservations. Assignments on weekends are also part of it.

What you bring with you:
You have training in the hotel industry. You have already gained initial experience at the hotel reception. Your passion for your profession is an enrichment for our team. Besides German, you speak fluent English and advantageously French. It is an advantage if you have already worked with Opera Cloud. Nothing is as close to your heart as the well-being of your guests.
