In this versatile function, you actively shape the training and pass on your knowledge to the next generation, and you support the vocational trainer team in carrying out the in-house intercompany courses (from the canton üK-exempt training company). Vocational Trainer Mechanics 40% Training Workshop 40% Tasks You undertake the technical and pedagogical basic training of our polymechanics and production mechanics EFZ and lead them successfully through their apprenticeship period You provide the learners with training in robotics, pneumatics and CAM In addition, you actively assist with organizational and administrative tasks in the training workshop You look after trial apprentices, coordinate internships and actively participate in apprentice-related events (fairs, information days etc.) Requirements Completed vocational apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ You possess the recognized certificate as a vocational trainer (or the willingness to acquire this) and ideally already bring experience as a vocational trainer or in the intensive support of young people You have a genuine sense for dealing with learners.
