What awaits you ##### • You lead and motivate a committed team of employees in the boutique • You live an open feedback culture • You ensure efficient organization and the smooth running of boutique operations • You assume responsibility for turnover, key indicators, and the achievement of store objectives • You analyze indicators and define, with the regional management, targeted measures to develop the point of sale • You propose competent and customer-oriented advice and help with the selection of gifts from our varied assortment • You ensure an attractive presentation of our wide assortment of confectionery and chocolates, notably through creative store staging • You assume responsibility for the figures • You ensure the smooth running of cash receipts and guarantee a correct cash closure • You take care of orders and ensure that goods are always available in sufficient quantity • You ensure permanent compliance with our hygiene and freshness concept • You take charge of schedule planning in a shift work system and participate actively in the recruitment process What you bring ##### • You have several years of experience in sales and management in retail and distinguish yourself with strong social skills as well as an assertive leadership personality • You have successfully completed training in retail and/or have equivalent experience in the food products field • You always place quality and customer orientation at the highest level, even during busy periods • You willingly take on responsibilities, think proactively within the team, and encourage positive collaboration • You possess solid IT knowledge and work independently and solution-oriented • You appreciate open and respectful communication, you master French and have a good level of English (ideally B2 or C1).
