At Bucher Leichtbau, precision often begins with a piece of sheet metal. From this, structures for high-quality aircraft interiors are created, which are later used worldwide.
As a tinsmith, you apply your manual skills exactly where material is transformed into precisely manufactured lightweight structures.

• You process sheet metal using modern methods such as cutting, bending, punching, drilling, countersinking, and riveting.
• You process aluminum precisely and prepare the components for the next manufacturing steps.
• You perform WPS welding work professionally.
• We work in a 2-shift operation (early and late shifts, but no night shift).
• The net working time in shift operation is 40.25 h/week
• You build galley rough structures and are thus directly involved in the construction of our aircraft galleys.
• You pay attention to every detail – because with our products, precision, weight, and quality matter.
• You keep machines and tools ready for use and thereby contribute to a smooth production process.
• You work closely with your colleagues in production and contribute your manual know-how.
• Training as a tinsmith or plant/apparatus builder
• Experience in sheet metal processing (preferably aluminum)
• Flexible, resilient, and a team player
• High quality awareness
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as English skills
