As part of the social services of the Baar municipality, we accompany and support people in challenging life situations - solution-oriented, systemic, and at eye level. In this versatile function, your focus is on voluntary child protection work. You advise families, develop viable solutions with them, and coordinate needs-based support services. In doing so, you work closely with schools, specialist agencies, and other network partners and contribute to sustainably strengthening the well-being of children. In addition, you take on a smaller part of case management in the area of economic social assistance and voluntary social counseling. This gives you an exciting insight into different life situations and allows you to design tailored support processes for people of all age groups with your expertise.
