Fashion Consultant Bridal & Evening Wear (40–60 %) Your tasks You represent BELLA SPOSA and our exclusive bridal and evening wear collection with style, competence, and enthusiasm. You advise our customers with empathy and professionalism and accompany them on the way to their dream dress. With your intuition for people and fashion, you create an unforgettable shopping experience. You take on administrative tasks and support the team in the back office. Together with the team, you ensure an appealing product presentation and first-class service. What you bring with you Completed training in retail (preferably EFZ) or experience in sales. Motivated career changers with a flair for sales are also very welcome. Enthusiasm for fashion, styling, and personal customer contact. Joy in selling as well as a sure sense for the wishes of our customers. An open, warm, and winning personality with high service orientation. Independent, reliable, and careful way of working. Readiness to work regularly on Saturdays. A well-groomed appearance as well as stylish German in spoken and written form. English or Italian skills are a plus. Motivation to acquire sound knowledge about bridal and evening wear. Team spirit, flexibility, and joy in a varied working everyday life.
