YOUR TASKS ## • As the first point of contact, you will receive our patients and customers • You are responsible for a smooth appointment scheduling including data entry at the reception and on the phone • You will handle all administrative tasks of the therapies including processing mail, emails and supporting in deployment planning • With your pronounced organizational skills, you are a valuable support for the team YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed your training as a medical secretary or merchant and have knowledge of medical terminology • You have a pronounced service mentality and high stress tolerance • Your way of working is expedient, you have organizational skills and a quick grasp with an eye for the work to be done • Correspondence with internal and external offices is easy for you • You enjoy direct and telephone patient and customer contact • Ideally, your working days are Monday, Thursday and Friday OUR OFFER #### • You are part of a collegial, lively team in our family-friendly clinic • For just CHF 5.- per day, you are provided with a meal in our varied staff restaurant, with coffee, tea, mineral water and seasonal fruits • Do you like to travel by public transport or bike?
