Patek Philippe SA Genève Specialist Watchmaker \- Regulating Organ Patek Philippe SA Genève Specialist Watchmaker \- Regulating Organ Mission As part of this function, reporting to the Watchmaking Division, you will be responsible for performing the operations of turning, pinning, and shaping the hairspring on all types of steel balance springs (flat and with Breguet curve from 1839 to the present day) according to Patek Philippe quality criteria. In parallel, you will be the guarantor of the expertise on steel hairsprings which you will transmit as part of training. Responsibilities Perform the operations of turning, pinning, and shaping of the hairspring (flat hairspring or with Breguet curve) in a traditional manner. Ensure the aesthetic, technical, and dimensional control of the balance spring in order to guarantee its conformity according to our quality criteria. Perform the necessary analyses and studies in order to remake hairsprings for historical pieces. Transmit expertise as part of training in order to support watchmakers in the acquisition of the necessary skills for professions related to hairsprings and regulating organs. Profile sought CFC in Watchmaking or training deemed equivalent. 10 years minimum experience in the production of steel balance springs. Proven mastery of traditional techniques related to the hairspring. In-depth knowledge of movements and regulating organs. High manual dexterity and gestural precision. Ease in communicating in a constructive manner. Experience in training pedagogy and the transmission of expertise. Excellent sense of analysis, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
