Our client is a renowned nursing institution (Spitex) known for its high quality in care and nursing. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:

• Professional nursing and care of patients according to current standards
• Support with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Documentation of nursing processes in the electronic system
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and active participation in shaping everyday nursing
• Co-responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines

Profile:

• Completed training as a certified nurse (diplomierte Pflegefachfrau or diplomierter Pflegefachmann)
• several years of professional experience in a Spitex
• Independent and careful working
• Reliable, friendly personality with a professional appearance
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with people
• Resilience, teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
