For our client, an established company in the field of packaging manufacturing with around 800 employees in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced specialist in machine operation, effective immediately or by arrangement. Machine Operator (m/f/d) Punching 100% Tasks In this role, you are responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of the production systems in the punching department. You ensure that the orders are manufactured in the required quality and quantity, and you perform regular quality controls. Compliance with the applicable safety, quality, and hygiene regulations is a matter of course for you. In the event of minor technical malfunctions, you act quickly and independently. The position is based in 3-shift operation (early, late, and night). Requirements You bring several years of professional experience as a machine operator and have a strong technical understanding. A completed technical vocational training is an advantage. Your German language skills in speaking and writing are solid, at least at level B1. Personally, you convince through reliability, team spirit, and a high degree of sense of duty.
