Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development are at the core of how the team operates, offering opportunities to take on responsibility and contribute meaningfully to the team's continued growth Lugano By agreement 100% Tax, Legal and Workforce Everyone welcome ID: 738270WD Your Impact ## • Advise clients on Swiss tax matters and support the delivery of compliance and advisory engagements • Contribute to tax projects including structuring, transactions, and ongoing advisory solutions • Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering reliable and high-quality service • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable integrated and innovative client solutions • Take ownership of defined workstreams and deliver results in a timely and high-quality manner • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture Your Skill Set ## • Proven experience in tax consulting within Switzerland or a comparable market • Strong knowledge of Swiss tax regulations and advisory processes • Commitment to pursue the Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail • Clear communication skills in English and Italian; German is considered an advantage • Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment Your Benefits ## Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) - unless you-re at your clients- premises, which is of course always the priority.
