EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) - CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION Work location: Buchs (AG) Workload: 100 % Work model: 3-shift system (Early / Late / Night - Monday to Friday, no weekends!) Job Description Production: Active participation in the manufacturing, shaping, and packaging of finest chocolate specialties. Equipment Maintenance: Supporting the team in setting up, operating, and converting the modern production and packaging machines. Quality & Hygiene Check: Ongoing monitoring of processes and strict compliance with high quality and hygiene regulations (food standard). Desired Profile Readiness: You are absolutely ready to work in the weekly changing 3-shift model (early, late, and night shifts). Mobility: You own a car and a driver's license, as shift changes sometimes fall outside of public transport schedules. Language Skills: Solid German skills. A good A2 is the minimum, ideally you are at level B1/B2 to implement work instructions and recipes without problems. Experience: Initial professional experience in food production or in an industrial environment is a big plus. Personality: Reliable, team player, physically fit, and with a strong sense of cleanliness.
