Your Task ##

• Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as ensuring precise financial reporting
• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring of payment transactions
• Professional dunning and collection management to ensure optimal liquidity
• Preparation and control of VAT returns as well as support with tax-relevant issues
• Active co-design and implementation of digitalization and process optimization projects in finance and accounting

Your Profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial basic training with sound business administration understanding
• Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction, real estate, or project-oriented industry
• Proficient use of ERP systems as well as excellent user knowledge in Abacus
• High level of personal responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality as well as a strong sense of quality
