Inside sales employee (m/f) with a focus on spare parts & service

Area of responsibility Order management and shipping: Processing and shipping of spare parts and accessories for drilling rigs of the brands Hütte and Casagrande

• Supplier management: Obtaining and comparing offers from suppliers.
• Order entry and processing: Processing orders including creation and management of shipping documents for import and export.
• Warehouse management: Organization and management of the spare parts warehouse.
• Customer advice and support: Supporting customers with questions regarding maintenance, service, and care of the drilling rigs in German and French. Other languages are an advantage.
