In this versatile role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of our Production Engineering team at the headquarters and contribute significantly to the continuous further development of our manufacturing and assembly processes.

The following core tasks are part of your area of activity:

• Leadership, development, and promotion of a team of Production Engineers
• Ensuring the required level of training and competence within the team
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes and products with regard to quality, costs, and delivery reliability
• Procurement and introduction of internal and external equipment in the role of the equipment client
• Industrialization of new products from the concept phase to series production readiness
• Taking over sub-project management in development and industrialization projects
• Planning and implementation of work preparation activities
• Management and implementation of internal departmental improvement and investment projects

This role is just right for you if you...

• have completed a basic technical education with further training at HF/FH level as well as ideally an NDS BWL
• convince through an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• bring sound knowledge in Lean Management and have already been able to gain initial leadership experience
• bring sound experience in project management as well as in the procurement of production equipment and tools
• possess several years of practical experience in a comparable function within an industrial environment
• as a communicative and assertive personality, successfully bring different stakeholders together
• have very good German language skills at negotiation and correspondence level (C1-C2)
• can also communicate confidently in English (B1-B2)
