Profile of Requirements ## • You have completed training as a social pedagogue and already have experience in a stationary setting • You are used to working independently and are characterized by team spirit, flexibility, and resilience • You are open to integrating into the existing culture • You have a category B driver's license Tasks ## • You accompany and support the children in their daily lives • For 1-2 children, you take on the role of contact person • You maintain contact with parents and involved institutions, such as school or authorities • You work in a 3-shift system and also work actively on weekends • You support prospective social pedagogues in achieving their training goals For questions, our personnel consultant, Mr. Dino Tschanz, is at your disposal.
