Your tasks

• Independent dispatch and handling of sea freight shipments with a focus on Import LCL
• Organization and monitoring of the entire transport processes from A to Z
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and other international partners
• Telephone and written support as well as processing of customer inquiries
• Processing of simple complaints and inquiries
• Creation of daily offers
• Checking, assignment, and posting of incoming freight invoices
• Invoicing of services rendered
• Post-control of the freight journal using modern freight software

Your profile

• Completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau (freight forwarding clerk) or a comparable training in the field of logistics
• Professional experience in freight forwarding, ideally with a focus on sea freight import
• Experience in the field of sea freight is an advantage, but thorough induction is guaranteed
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills are a plus, but not a mandatory requirement
• Customer-oriented personality with a confident and friendly appearance
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a quick grasp of new concepts
