For our house Tertianum Sonnenplatz in Emmen in the Luzern region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a/an Healthcare Assistant EFZ Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits Assumption of daily responsibility Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
