Your tasks

• Management of the assigned portfolio
• Support for the assigned property manager
• Representing the employer's interests externally
• Additional work on special projects
• Acquisition of new mandates
• general correspondence as well as telephone information and clarifications
• Appointment organization for the property manager
• Compliance with compliance guidelines

Your profile

• completed commercial basic training, mandatory in Switzerland
• initial professional experience in the real estate sector
• good IT skills (MS Office, Windows, Outlook etc.)
• very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, mandatory
• good English skills an advantage
• high service orientation and strong sense of responsibility
