Tasks & Challenges

• Overall technical responsibility for the controlling of a significant business unit with a focus on operational processes.
• Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as responsibility for financial planning and budgeting processes
• Development of sound decision-making bases in close cooperation with management and department heads
• Active participation in the establishment and further development of controlling as well as cost and performance accounting
• Design and optimization of efficient processes with a focus on standardization and digitalization

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting (FH/Uni/ETH) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the establishment, optimization, and standardization of controlling processes and systems
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical skills as well as a deep understanding of cost accounting, reporting, and the target-group-oriented preparation of complex issues
• High IT affinity, very good knowledge in dealing with BI/MIS systems as well as sound experience with SAP ERP and FI/CO (S/4HANA an advantage)
• Very good German skills, any additional language an advantage
