Your tasks

• Technical, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing service
• Ensuring high-quality nursing and care
• Leadership, promotion, and deployment planning of the nursing team
• Responsibility for nursing quality and nursing documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, hospitals, relatives, insurance companies, and authorities
• Participation in the further development of Spitex Sana

Your profile

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Several years of professional experience in nursing in Switzerland, ideally in the Spitex sector
• Leadership experience or further training in nursing management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
