For our headquarters in Dierikon, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and responsible personality as a Finance and Accounting Specialist (60% - 80%).
In this versatile position of trust, you will take responsibility for the finance and accounting of Gabriel Rebsamen AG as well as a subsidiary. You will work closely with the management, the Head of HR as well as the persons responsible for the individual business units. Together, you will ensure efficient financial processes and actively contribute to the further development of our company.

Your tasks
Management of the general ledger
Management of the accounts payable
Monitoring of open accounts receivable in cooperation with the specialist departments
Execution and monitoring of payment transactions
Ensuring liquidity planning and monitoring
Responsibility for the dunning and debt collection process
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the fiduciary office
Participation in budgeting and financial planning
Creation of meaningful reports and evaluations for the management
Cooperation with fiduciaries, auditing bodies, banks and insurance companies
Administration of the financial and administrative aspects of vehicle leasing contracts
Support of existing insurance contracts as well as processing of claims and insurance claims (no new contracts)
Participation in the optimization of financial processes as well as in projects and organizational developments.

Your profile
Commercial basic training
Further education in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or comparable further education)
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an SME
Analytical thinking skills as well as an exact, structured and solution-oriented way of working
High level of personal responsibility, reliability and discretion
Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as high affinity for ERP systems (preferably Abacus)
